About Me
I am Envera Garić. Through my own company 1, 2, 3 CHANGE, I work on implementing changes within the system in an effective way, with minimal resistance. In addition, I work as a quality manager at STAMEN d.o.o., where I am involved in creating processes in the quality department.
I began my career at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Sarajevo, as an assistant dean for student affairs. In addition to the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, where I obtained my master's degree, I simultaneously graduated from the Faculty of Islamic Studies. During my studies, I became a mother twice, creating a balance between private and professional life, while leaving room for career development without significant interruptions.
In March 2022, I accepted a job in the industrial company 'BoWiDo', as a procurement officer, which allowed me to become familiar with all flows in the industrial process. Over a period of two years, I advanced from the position of procurement officer to the position of head of the quality control department, and then to the position of director for quality improvement of group company brands: BoWiDo, LB Profile, and AL-BoWiDo, thus gaining invaluable experience. The experience gained in implementing new business systems is generously shared through specially designed programs within the company 1, 2, 3 CHANGE.

Through creating agendas and promotional content, as well as analyzing, selecting, and communicating with potential participants and sponsors, to moderating, organizing technical support, space rental, and food procurement, I possess the skills and competencies needed for comprehensive event organization of various kinds.
